What if we need more than 30 days to make our minds up?
We’ll give you time. Just let us know and we’ll happily extend your trial.
Is training included in the price?
Yes, training is included. This is done either on-site or online. We recommend up to 6 users per 1/2 day session, but we can be flexible as required.
Do you offer support as well?
Full support is included as well. We’re available by Live Chat and email during business hours. We can arrange on-site support as well if required (just give us some notice first).
What about new features?
All new features and future developments are included in the price. The only exception is if you asked us to create a feature exclusively for your organisation which we couldn’t offer as part of our product to other users.
How much do you charge to change something?
We won’t charge you extra every time you want to change something. We work with you to make sure that you’re happy with the changes you need to make, free of charge.
How do I pay?
You can pay us by invoice, or use one of our fully secure payment partners to pay on a monthly basis:
- Stripe for credit/debit cards
- GoCardless for BACS (Direct Debit)
Can I split payments?
Yes you can. We’re can invoice you quarterly or for a half-year period if that makes things easier for you. Please note that we can’t split invoices into monthly intervals.
Am I tied into enrola?
No, you’re not. You can leave at any time – we only ask that you give us 30 days notice that you want to close your account.
